William The Conqueror On Tour
William the Conqueror is a British Indie/Americana band formed by Ruarri Joseph, Naomi Holmes and Harry Harding. Joseph is a folk singer/songwriter who turned away from his record label to create music more freely and plays alongside Holmes and Harding who are talented multi-instrumentalists.

The trio released their debut album, Proud Disturber of the Peace in August 2017. It shows us how Joseph has explored different sounds and styles, and spoke of how the rock aspects pay tribute to his younger, more grungy self.
Proud Disturber of the Peace was recorded in Joseph’s garage, featuring single-take live recordings of hopeful songs singing of destiny and defiance. Stand-out tracks are definitely ‘The Many Faces of a Good Truth’, and ‘Sunny is the Style’, which highlight the many different influences on the band. There are already plans in place for a follow-up to their highly praised debut, as well as a headline tour in mid-November.
William the Conqueror have just finished up a run of dates supporting Wildwood Kin, and will be supporting Danny & the Champions of the World in early December. There’s plenty to look forward to for their upcoming shows, including their huge sound and the single, ‘Tend to the Thorns’.
