The annual award winning 2000 Trees Festival have announced the final wave of acts set to perform at this year’s event and believe us, the line-up is something else. Nestled within the beautiful rolling hills of the Cotswolds and taking place between the 12th and 14th of July, 2000 Trees has swiftly become a favorite for those seeking more intimate and welcoming alternatives to the colossal alternative festivals that dominate the season.
Headlining this year’s event are post-hardcore legends and pioneers At The Drive In, the genre blending juggernauts Enter Shikari and fan favourites Twin Atlantic. Also set to make an appearance are Arcane Roots, Creeper, Basement, Turbowolf, Black Peaks, Beans On Toast, And So I Watch You From Afar and tonnes upon tonnes of other esteemed acts and emerging talent.
Whilst the festival is commonly known for it’s communal atmosphere, welcoming nature and nourishment of young talent, one of the most appealing and unique appeals of the event is the revered Forrest Stage. Situated within a beautiful patch of woodland, the Forrest Stage will see numerous acts play stripped back and acoustic sets in a scenic and unparalleled atmosphere including the likes of Jamie Lenman, Press To Meco, Luke Rainsford, Arcane Roots and even main stage headliners Enter Shikari. More acts set to perform forest sessions will be unveiled in due time, but it’s truly a performance area that needs to be experienced to be believed.
Tickets are currently running low so we fully recommend picking up tickets soon. A joint ticket for 2000 Trees and it’s amazing sister festival ArcTanGent is also available at an absolute bargain price. Tickets and more information are available here.
