Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls have shared the exciting news that they’re headlining 2000 Trees Festival this year. They’ll make their appearance on the main stage on Thursday 11th July. Speaking of Trees, Turner said that “more than most places in the world it feels like home to me.” His appearance this year will be the fifth he’s made at Upcote Farm.
The festival’s organisers also announced a further 15 bands. Across the festival’s five stages, you can see prog-rock masters Rolo Tomassi, singer/songwriter/activist Grace Petrie, and the ever-energetic Skinny Lister. Mongol Horde, Turner’s hardcore punk band will also appear at Trees, along with the already-confirmed Friday headliners, You Me at Six, who will make their debut appearance this year.
Also appearing this year are Every Time I Die, While She Sleeps, Therapy?, Jamie Lenman, MØL, Cavetown, Comeback Kid, Milk Teeth, Nervus, Loathe, Muncie Girls and many, many more incredible acts. Frank Iero, formally of My Chemical Romance and Leathermouth, will also be brining his new project Frank Iero And The Future Violents to the Cheltenham country side this summer.
2000 Trees will take place from 11th to 13th July 2019 at Upcote Farm, Cheltenham. Tickets are already flying out and it looks like it's set to be another incredible weekend down in the beautiful Cotswolds.
