Rage Against The Machine Announce Full Tour, Confirmed For Reading & Leeds 2020!

February 10, 2020

After a nine-year hiatus, politically charged rock heroes Rage Against The Machine will return to stages worldwide following an extensive tour announcement that includes a headline set at Reading and Leeds festival in August.

The band will tour across the US following warm-up shows at American festivals Coachella, Boston Calling and Firefly as part of a seven-month jaunt that will also include consecutive nights at Madison Square Garden and a pair of UK dates at Reading and Leeds festival on August 28th and 30th. The tour will then conclude with shows around Europe before concluding in Poland on September 10th. Hip hop duo Run The Jewels will also be in support, it's currently unknown if they will be appearing at Reading & Leeds.

Reading and Leeds’ official Twitter account followed up the announcement with their own tweet confirming the band’s slot as the second headliner of the festival. The dual site festival will also be confirming more bands and the final headliner tomorrow morning at 9am. The socially rebellious rock group had been a part of rumours of an extended return and will surely now be part of queries concerning any new material for 2020 from the LA group.
