As if the line-up wasn't massive enough already, the UK’s premiere open air metal festival Bloodstock has just added an additional ten bands for next years event in the form of five newcomers and 5 artists previously announced for this year’s canceled festival.
Joining the colossal bill already topped by Devin Townsend, Judas Priest and Merciful Fate today are Spanish death yob Noctem, Merseyside hell-raisers Defied, Welsh black metal crew Agrona, South Coast doomsters King Goat and post-metal monoliths Garganjua, with all five bands set to appear on the Sophie Lancaster Stage next year. On top of this, it’s been confirmed that Exhumed, Necrot, Idle Hands, Viscera and Savage Master have all been reconfirmed for next year’s festival.
Bloodstock Festival 2021 isn’t just set to be a spectacular return for the festival, but their biggest year thus far. For the first time in it’s 20 year history the festival will be opening on the Wednesday for all early birds and is set to play host to it’s biggest lineup to date, with Bury Tomorrow, Paradise Lost, Dimmu Borgir, The Black Dahlia Murder, Skindred, Conjurer, Svalbard, Cattle Decapitation and tons more set to descent upon Catton Park next August.
Bloodstock Festival 2021 takes place at Catton Park, Derbyshire, between the dates 11th – 15th August 2021.
